Apartment “Dimora Grazia”

At the corner of the studio there is the three-room apartment Dimora Grazia, to reach it you need to climb one step outside and three inside. It has an armored door The room consists of a patio at the entrance with a small table where there are the steps, after the latter you enter a living area with a round table on the left with 4 chairs, a large sofa bed (for two people) next to the wall with a bookcase on top and a TV in front of it, in addition to the table. To the right of the entrance, there is a panoramic balcony, which runs the length of the house from which you can see the sea and the typical brick roofs of Pizzo; on the terrace it is possible to eat or have an aperitif at sunset as there is a large dining table with chairs, a fountain and a bench; next to the TV on the right there is a blue tiled bathroom with shower. Going straight from the table there is a “corridor” with a kitchenette and electric stove while on the other side there is a pantry made from the wall where you can store things. Beyond the kitchen area on the right there is a large tiled bathroom with washing machine and a large laundry sink. The room on the right is a room with a double bed, wardrobe, ditto the last bedroom where there is a second entrance to the balcony. The air conditioners are in each bedroom and in the living area, moreover the house has a window on both sides of the house of windows because at the time of the construction of the house it was used to cool the rooms by keeping both windows open by creating current. The three-room apartment can accommodate from 1 to 6 people (two per double bed).

The “complex” Dimora Grazia was born from the renovation of a 19th century building in the historic center of Pizzo from which three apartments, a studio, a two-room and a three-room apartment have been created. Here is the map of the locations.
